Dr. Mohammad Abu Matar

Mohammad Abu Matar is a Software Engineering Academic and Practitioner with over 18 years of technical experience in teaching, research, management, architecture, systems engineering, training, software design and development.

Mohammad has earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Wright State University (Dayton, Ohio), an MS degree in Information Technology from Regis University (Denver, Colorado), an MS degree in Software Engineering from George Mason University, and a PhD in Software Engineering from George Mason University (Fairfax, Virginia).

Mohammad’s specialty is the architecture of multi-tier distributed software systems with a special interest in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Mohammad has published in leading international conferences and has delivered training to Fortune 500 clients in the US.

Before joining EBTIC, Mohammad was an independent IT Architecture Consultant and an Affiliate Adjunct Faculty at the MS in Software Engineering program of Regis University (Denver, Colorado).
