EBTIC’s Senior Management Board (SMB) comprises one senior management representative from each of the founding partners. The SMB is responsible for setting EBTIC’s strategic direction, agree its research and innovation programme and priorities and provide overall management and guidance.

The SMB meets regularly to review EBTIC’s progress against KPIs and targets, agree key high level decisions and give necessary senior management support where required.
