Dr. Amy Ling Cen

Senior Researcher

Dr. Amy Ling Cen received her PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2006. From 2005 till 2008, she worked in Nanyang Technological University (NTU), as a Research Associate, and then became a Research Fellow. After that she joined Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) in Singapore as a Scientist from 2008. She is currently working as a Senior Researcher in EBTIC, based at Khalifa University of Science, Technology & Research (KUSTAR).

Her research interests are in the areas of optimization, pattern recognition, machine learning, and digital signal processing. She has published around 40 articles in refereed international journals and conferences, including top conferences and journals, such as ISCAS, ICASSP, ICPR, IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation, etc. She has also published 3 book chapters, and filed 3 patent applications. She has served as a Reviewer, Committee Member, and Session Chair for several international journals and conferences.
